Tato p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d je polykarboxyl\u00e1tov\u00fd superplastifik\u00e1tor pro SCC jedine\u010dn\u011b vhodn\u00fd, jak navrhnout sm\u011bs, jak d\u00e1vkovat a upravovat PCE a jak zabr\u00e1nit segregaci a vyte\u010den\u00ed vody.<\/p><h2>\u00davod<\/h2><p>Samozhut\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed se beton (SCC) nejen \u0161et\u0159\u00ed pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu, ale tak\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konstrukce. Jeliko\u017e se beton rozl\u00e9v\u00e1 na m\u00edsto pod vlastn\u00ed vahou, dostane se do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho koutu slo\u017eit\u00e9ho bedn\u011bn\u00ed, ut\u011bsn\u00ed prostory kolem hust\u00e9 v\u00fdztu\u017ee a eliminuje vo\u0161tinovitost a dutiny, jimi\u017e trp\u00ed beton pokl\u00e1dan\u00fd vibracemi v hust\u011b osazen\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch. SCC, vyvinut\u00fd v Japonsku na konci 80. let 20. stolet\u00ed jako reakce na nedostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch obsluhovatel\u016f vibr\u00e1tor\u016f, je dnes celosv\u011btov\u011b standardem pro j\u00e1dra v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch budov, oblo\u017een\u00ed tunel\u016f, prefabrikovan\u00e9 prvky a architektonick\u00fd beton.<\/p><p>SCC v\u0161ak klade na projektanta sm\u011bsi po\u017eadavek, aby splnil hned dva protich\u016fdn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky: sm\u011bs mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u011b tekut\u00e1, aby mohla t\u00e9ct a samovoln\u011b se vyrovnat, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dostate\u010dn\u011b soudr\u017en\u00e1, aby se hrub\u00e9 kamenivo nikdy neusazovalo. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm je n\u00edzk\u00fd pom\u011br vody k pr\u00e1\u0161ku, pe\u010dliv\u011b t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00e1 kostra z kameniva a superplastifik\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd sm\u011bs ztekucuje i p\u0159i velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9m obsahu vody. Samozhutniteln\u00fd beton (SCC) takovou toleranci nem\u00e1. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt navr\u017een tak, aby vyhovoval \u00fazk\u00e9mu pracovn\u00edmu rozmez\u00ed definovan\u00e9mu t\u0159emi vlastnostmi, kter\u00e9 se v\u0161echny m\u011b\u0159\u00ed standardn\u00edmi zkou\u0161kami:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Plnic\u00ed schopnost (rozprost\u0159en\u00ed):<\/strong> M\u011b\u0159eno zkou\u0161kou tekutosti (EN 12350-8 \/ ASTM C1611). Typick\u00e1 rozta\u017enost samohutniteln\u00e9ho betonu (SCC) je 600\u2013750 mm; p\u0159i hodnot\u00e1ch pod ~550 mm se ji\u017e nejedn\u00e1 o samohutniteln\u00fd beton.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Schopnost p\u0159ihr\u00e1vat:<\/strong> P\u0159i testech s L-boxem, U-boxem nebo J-krou\u017ekem mus\u00ed sm\u011bs proj\u00edt \u00fazk\u00fdmi mezerami mezi ty\u010demi, ani\u017e by do\u0161lo k ucp\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Odolnost proti segregaci (stabilita):<\/strong> M\u011b\u0159eno pomoc\u00ed testu segregace na s\u00edtech (EN 12350-11). Ztr\u00e1ta na s\u00edti o velikosti 5 mm by m\u011bla z\u016fstat pod hranic\u00ed 15\u201320%.<\/li><\/ol><p>Tento rozpor je z\u0159ejm\u00fd: tekutost vede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu mno\u017estv\u00ed vody a v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu pod\u00edlu jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic (hust\u0161\u00ed pasta), zat\u00edmco stabilita vede k men\u0161\u00edmu mno\u017estv\u00ed vody a tu\u017e\u0161\u00ed past\u011b. To je fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1klad samohutniteln\u00e9ho betonu (SCC).<\/p><h3>Pro\u010d ne PNS nebo lignosulfon\u00e1t?<\/h3><p>P\u0159irozen\u011b vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: sta\u010dilo by k tomu levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed superplastifik\u00e1tor? Praktick\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed \u201ene\u201c, a to ze t\u0159\u00ed d\u016fvod\u016f:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00faspora vody:<\/strong> Hodnota PNS dosahuje pouze 15\u2013251 TP3T \u2014 co\u017e obvykle nesta\u010d\u00ed pro n\u00edzk\u00e9 pom\u011bry vody k pr\u00e1\u0161ku, p\u0159i nich\u017e z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 SCC stabiln\u00ed.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Ztr\u00e1ta tekutosti p\u0159i poklesu tlaku:<\/strong> PNS ztr\u00e1c\u00ed zpracovatelnost b\u011bhem 30\u201360 minut, zat\u00edmco SCC mus\u00ed z\u016fstat tekut\u00fd po celou dobu p\u0159epravy i nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Probl\u00e9my s opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem:<\/strong> Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee lignosulfon\u00e1t v\u00fdrazn\u011b zpomaluje tuhnut\u00ed a jen m\u00edrn\u011b sni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu vody, nen\u00ed vhodn\u00fd jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsada, i kdy\u017e se vyskytuje v n\u011bkter\u00fdch levn\u00fdch variant\u00e1ch samohut\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho betonu (SCC).<\/li><\/ol><p>Mechanismus sterick\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky podle PCE (viz n\u00e1\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/polycarboxylate-superplasticizer\/\">P\u0159\u00edru\u010dka k polykarboxyl\u00e1tov\u00fdm superplastifik\u00e1tor\u016fm<\/a>) nen\u00ed citliv\u00fd na iontovou s\u00edlu v p\u00f3rov\u00e9m roztoku, a proto funguje i p\u0159i velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9m pom\u011bru voda\/cement, kter\u00fd vy\u017eaduje metoda SCC \u2013 co\u017e disperg\u00e1tory zalo\u017een\u00e9 na n\u00e1boji p\u0159i stejn\u00e9m d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u011b nedok\u00e1\u017eou.<\/p><h2>Slo\u017een\u00ed sm\u011bsi a d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed PCE pro SCC<\/h2><h3>Proces n\u00e1vrhu sm\u011bsi (stru\u010dn\u011b)<\/h3><p>N\u00e1vrh slo\u017een\u00ed SCC za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pastou a pokra\u010duje sm\u011brem ven:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Nastaven\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed agreg\u00e1t\u016f:<\/strong> Celkov\u00fd objem kameniva 55\u201365%, objem hrub\u00e9ho kameniva \u2264 50% z celkov\u00e9ho objemu kameniva, maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed velikost obvykle 16\u201320 mm.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Vyberte obsah pr\u00e1\u0161ku:<\/strong> 400\u2013600 kg\/m\u00b3 cementu + plniva (klasickou a ekonomickou volbou je v\u00e1pencov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek). Objem pasty by m\u011bl \u010dinit 35\u201340% cel\u00e9 sm\u011bsi.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Nastavte pom\u011br vody a pr\u00e1\u0161ku:<\/strong> Za\u010dn\u011bte s objemov\u00fdm pod\u00edlem 0,35 (obvykle 0,32\u20130,38).
