Los ajustes a ciegas pueden provocar f\u00e1cilmente desviaciones en el rendimiento.<\/p><p>Selecci\u00f3n de tipo:<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hpmc-hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> Hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa (HPMC)<\/a> es preferible.<\/p><p>HPMC es el \u00e9ter de celulosa m\u00e1s utilizado en los morteros de yeso porque combina<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hemc-hydroxyethyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> alta retenci\u00f3n de agua<\/a> con propiedades espesantes moderadas. Tambi\u00e9n tiene buena compatibilidad con el yeso y no afecta a la velocidad de fraguado y endurecimiento del yeso (algunos otros tipos de \u00e9ter de celulosa pueden ralentizar el fraguado).<\/p><p>Directrices: Elija un HPMC con una viscosidad de 50.000-200.000 mPa-s (una viscosidad baja provoca una retenci\u00f3n de agua insuficiente, mientras que una viscosidad alta puede dar lugar a un mortero demasiado espeso y a un mal acabado superficial).<\/p><p>Dosificaci\u00f3n adicional: 0,15%-0,3% es el rango \u00f3ptimo.<\/p><p>M\u00ednimo: Por debajo de 0,15% se producir\u00e1 una retenci\u00f3n de agua insuficiente, propensi\u00f3n al ahuecamiento y baja resistencia del mortero.<\/p><p>M\u00e1ximo: Por encima de 0,3% resultar\u00e1 en un mortero excesivamente espeso, generando f\u00e1cilmente burbujas durante el mezclado. Estas burbujas estallar\u00e1n y formar\u00e1n peque\u00f1os poros tras el endurecimiento, afectando a la suavidad y resistencia de la superficie. Cantidades excesivas de \u00e9ter de celulosa tambi\u00e9n pueden hacer que el mortero aparezca pulverulento despu\u00e9s del secado.<\/p><p>Ajustes para escenarios especiales: Si la capa base es muy absorbente (como paredes de ladrillo poroso), la dosificaci\u00f3n puede aumentarse a 0,3%-0,4% para mejorar la retenci\u00f3n de agua. As\u00ed se evitar\u00e1 que el \u00e9ter de celulosa entre en contacto directo con el agua, forme grumos y afecte a la dispersi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Durante el almacenamiento, el \u00e9ter de celulosa absorbe f\u00e1cilmente la humedad y se apelmaza. Debe almacenarse en un lugar cerrado y seco. Los grumos deben triturarse y tamizarse antes de su uso.
