Dado que la construcci\u00f3n moderna exige una mayor eficiencia y calidad,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">No todos los tipos de HPMC son adecuados para los sistemas de yeso. Sin embargo, este proceso presenta una contradicci\u00f3n inherente a la construcci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"1\"><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Contradicci\u00f3n entre la hidrataci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y la demanda de agua<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: La cantidad te\u00f3rica de agua necesaria para la hidrataci\u00f3n del yeso hemihidratado es de tan solo 18,6%; sin embargo, en la pr\u00e1ctica, para conseguir una fluidez suficiente, el contenido de agua a\u00f1adida suele alcanzar entre 60% y 80%. Si el exceso de agua no se \u00abretiene\u00bb de forma eficaz, se escapar\u00e1 r\u00e1pidamente debido a la absorci\u00f3n del sustrato o a la evaporaci\u00f3n ambiental, lo que provocar\u00e1 una hidrataci\u00f3n incompleta y la formaci\u00f3n de polvo en la superficie.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Tiempo de apertura corto<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: La pasta de yeso puro se endurece y seca con extrema rapidez (en un plazo que va desde unos minutos hasta poco m\u00e1s de diez minutos), lo que deja un margen de tiempo muy reducido para extenderla, nivelarla y darle el acabado.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Los espesantes comunes \u2014como los almidones convencionales o la celulosa gen\u00e9rica\u2014 pueden aumentar la viscosidad, pero no regulan la interacci\u00f3n entre las mol\u00e9culas de agua y los cristales de yeso.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">La introducci\u00f3n de HPMC especializado tiene precisamente por objeto establecer un equilibrio dentro de esta contradicci\u00f3n: retener suficiente agua durante la fase de aplicaci\u00f3n y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar una hidrataci\u00f3n completa y oportuna.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c8fd91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c8fd91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Los grupos hidr\u00f3filos de las cadenas moleculares de HPMC forman un <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">red de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0con agua, lo que aumenta considerablemente la viscosidad de la fase l\u00edquida.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">En la pasta de yeso, esto se manifiesta de la siguiente manera: cuando el material a base de yeso se aplica sobre una pared de hormig\u00f3n celular absorbente o sobre una placa de yeso seca,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">La red de pel\u00edcula polim\u00e9rica formada por HPMC impide eficazmente la r\u00e1pida migraci\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de agua hacia el sustrato.<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. Esta \u00abp\u00e9rdida de agua retardada\u00bb no solo garantiza que quede agua suficiente para que las part\u00edculas de yeso completen su hidrataci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n evita la contracci\u00f3n por secado y el agrietamiento provocados por una p\u00e9rdida de humedad excesivamente r\u00e1pida.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b651205 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b651205\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. En realidad, el HPMC especializado ejerce un\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">doble efecto<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0sobre el sistema de yeso:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Espesamiento f\u00edsico<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(efecto f\u00edsico): Tras su disoluci\u00f3n, la HPMC aumenta la viscosidad de la pasta y reduce las velocidades de difusi\u00f3n i\u00f3nica, lo que ralentiza la disoluci\u00f3n del yeso hemihidratado, mostrando as\u00ed una tendencia retardante.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Promoci\u00f3n de productos qu\u00edmicos<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(efecto potencial): Las investigaciones indican que la HPMC especializada, al estabilizar las estructuras de los c\u00famulos de agua, proporciona m\u00e1s sitios de nucleaci\u00f3n para la cristalizaci\u00f3n del yeso dihidratado. Cuando se deja de alisar con la llana o al aplicarla en un techo en altura, bajo bajas velocidades de cizallamiento, la viscosidad se recupera r\u00e1pidamente, lo que confiere una excelente\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">resistencia a la flacidez<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">La celulosa com\u00fan suele provocar que la paleta se pegue (adherencia a la llana) y dificultades a la hora de nivelar, mientras que la HPMC especializada, gracias a una distribuci\u00f3n optimizada del peso molecular, ofrece una lubricidad y una capacidad de extensi\u00f3n superiores.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22fd1b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"22fd1b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
