S\u00e9lectionnez l'HPMC ayant la meilleure r\u00e9tention d'eau (valeur de r\u00e9tention d'eau aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que possible, par exemple &gt;98%) et associez-le \u00e0 des produits \u00e0 forte substitution pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature. S\u00e9lectionnez l'HPMC dont la temp\u00e9rature de g\u00e9lification est la plus basse possible (par exemple, &lt;70\u00b0C ou id\u00e9alement 75\u00b0C) peut ne pas se dissoudre compl\u00e8tement ou subir une baisse significative de la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. HPMC excelle dans ce domaine.<\/p><p><strong>2.<b>Bonne mouillabilit\u00e9 et p\u00e9n\u00e9tration :<\/b><\/strong> \u00c9vitez d'utiliser des produits \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute viscosit\u00e9 pour que le mortier adh\u00e9sif puisse effectivement mouiller et p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les micro-pores du substrat, formant ainsi un ancrage m\u00e9canique. Une viscosit\u00e9 faible \u00e0 moyenne (20K-40K) est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la plus appropri\u00e9e.
