Qu'il s'agisse d'un \u00e9cran rotatif, d'un \u00e9cran plat ou d'une impression num\u00e9rique \u00e0 jet d'encre,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">contr\u00f4le de la viscosit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">clart\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0sont toujours au c\u0153ur de la technologie. Il pr\u00e9sente d'excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'\u00e9paississement, de suspension, de formation de film, de r\u00e9tention d'eau et de collo\u00efde protecteur. Il reste stable dans une large gamme de pH et est compatible avec la plupart des tensioactifs, des \u00e9lectrolytes et des pigments.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Par rapport aux \u00e9paississants traditionnels tels que l'alginate de sodium, <a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/cmc-carboxymethyl-cellulose\/\">CMC<\/a>et l'amidon, le HEC pr\u00e9sente des avantages exceptionnels :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Nature non ionique<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0- Ne r\u00e9agit pas avec les colorants r\u00e9actifs ou dispers\u00e9s, \u00e9vitant ainsi tout impact sur la nuance de la couleur.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Excellente r\u00e9tention d'eau<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0- R\u00e9duit le s\u00e9chage pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te d'impression, \u00e9vitant ainsi le colmatage de l'\u00e9cran<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Comportement rh\u00e9ologique pseudo-plastique<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0- La viscosit\u00e9 diminue rapidement sous l'effet du cisaillement (par exemple, raclette ou buse), ce qui facilite la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la p\u00e2te ; la viscosit\u00e9 se r\u00e9tablit rapidement apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9limination du cisaillement, ce qui \u00e9vite les saignements.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Excellente capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 former des films<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0- Apr\u00e8s la fixation, les bords du motif restent nets et propres, sans saignement ni franges.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rendent le HEC indispensable pour am\u00e9liorer la viscosit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te et garantir la clart\u00e9 du dessin.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c8fd91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c8fd91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Si elle est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te a du mal \u00e0 passer \u00e0 travers les mailles du tamis, ce qui entra\u00eene des sauts, des manques de p\u00e2te ou des lignes bris\u00e9es. Les\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">pseudoplastique<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0La nature du HEC fait que la viscosit\u00e9 diminue en cas de cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9 (pendant le processus de raclage), ce qui permet \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de passer facilement \u00e0 travers l'\u00e9cran. Lorsque le cisaillement cesse, la viscosit\u00e9 se r\u00e9tablit rapidement, emp\u00eachant la p\u00e2te de continuer \u00e0 s'\u00e9couler sur le tissu. Le HEC augmente la valeur de rendement et la capacit\u00e9 de suspension de la p\u00e2te, emp\u00eachant efficacement les particules solides de se d\u00e9poser. Cela permet d'\u00e9viter les diff\u00e9rences de couleur ou les taches au sein d'un m\u00eame lot. Le HEC offre une thixotropie mod\u00e9r\u00e9e : la p\u00e2te s'\u00e9coule et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre sous pression, puis retrouve sa viscosit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s rel\u00e2chement de la pression, de sorte que la p\u00e2te reste \u00e0 la surface de la fibre au lieu de s'\u00e9taler de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e. Le HEC absorbe et retient l'eau, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le taux de migration de l'eau. En m\u00eame temps, le faible r\u00e9seau de gel restreint physiquement l'\u00e9coulement de la p\u00e2te. Les \u00e9paississants traditionnels ont tendance \u00e0 boucher les mailles fines. En revanche, les solutions HEC sont tr\u00e8s transparentes, pauvres en insolubles et offrent une viscosit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quate m\u00eame \u00e0 faible concentration, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les temps d'arr\u00eat dus au colmatage des \u00e9crans. Le HEC est soluble dans l'eau froide et peut \u00eatre rapidement \u00e9limin\u00e9 par un lavage \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, sans laisser de film r\u00e9siduel.
