Actuellement, les deux principaux types de produits PCE solides disponibles sur le march\u00e9 sont les flocons (flocons de PCE) et les poudres (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement obtenues par s\u00e9chage par atomisation). Pour les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi (CPE) et <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/applications\/drymix-mortar\/\">mortier sec<\/a><\/span> Dans les usines, le choix des mat\u00e9riaux a non seulement une incidence sur la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts, mais influe \u00e9galement directement sur la stabilit\u00e9 des performances des produits et sur leur compatibilit\u00e9 avec les processus de production existants.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Cet article compare les diff\u00e9rences techniques entre le PCE en paillettes et le PCE en poudre selon quatre crit\u00e8res : les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques, les principes du processus de fabrication, la compatibilit\u00e9 dans les formulations et les sc\u00e9narios d'application. Le taux de r\u00e9duction de la teneur en eau est pratiquement \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui de la liqueur m\u00e8re liquide.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">G\u00e9om\u00e9trie r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des particules et fluidit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des poudres fines ; faible d\u00e9gagement de poussi\u00e8re et performances stables dans les syst\u00e8mes de transport pneumatique.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Taux d'absorption d'humidit\u00e9 nettement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des produits en poudre. Les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quip\u00e9es de r\u00e9servoirs de stockage d'adjuvants liquides et de syst\u00e8mes de dosage.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Inconv\u00e9nients du PCE en poudre dans ce sc\u00e9nario<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: La poudre a tendance \u00e0 absorber l'humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 s'agglom\u00e9rer, ce qui peut obstruer les convoyeurs \u00e0 vis ou les conduites de transport pneumatique. De plus, la formation importante de poussi\u00e8re peut entra\u00eener des concentrations excessives de PM10 dans l'environnement de travail.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Avantages du PCE en paillettes dans ce sc\u00e9nario<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: La fluidit\u00e9 et l'uniformit\u00e9 granulom\u00e9trique des produits en paillettes les rendent adapt\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes de dosage d'adjuvants solides. Les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi peuvent dissoudre les paillettes dans une cuve de pr\u00e9m\u00e9lange pour produire un adjuvant liquide, ou les ajouter directement dans le malaxeur. En raison de la forte teneur en principe actif des produits en paillettes (par rapport au liquide \u00e0 concentration 20%), les co\u00fbts de transport sont r\u00e9duits d\u2019environ 75%, ce qui les rend particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s au transport sur des distances moyennes \u00e0 longues et aux centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019emploi mobiles non \u00e9quip\u00e9es de r\u00e9servoirs de stockage de liquide.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Recommandation<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: Pour les centrales RMC d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9es d'un point d'alimentation pour adjuvants solides, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser du PCE en paillettes.
