Tegangan leleh yang cukup tinggi secara efektif menopang partikel padat dan menghambat gerakan pengendapannya.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Efek Jembatan Adsorpsi<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: Kelompok polar pada rantai molekul HEC teradsorpsi pada permukaan partikel semen dan pengisi ringan, menghubungkan partikel-partikel yang tersebar menjadi jaringan flokulasi yang longgar melalui jembatan rantai polimer, sehingga meningkatkan kapasitas suspensi secara keseluruhan.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Pengendalian Kehilangan Cairan dan Peningkatan Kualitas Lapisan Filter<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: HEC secara efektif mengurangi kehilangan fluida dari lumpur pengeboran ke dalam formasi, sehingga membentuk lapisan filter yang tipis dan padat pada dinding lubang sumur. Disarankan untuk menggunakan jenis HEC dengan viskositas larutan air 2% dalam kisaran 300\u2013600 mPa\u00b7s, yang menyeimbangkan efektivitas pengental dengan kinerja pelarutan.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Proses Persiapan Bubur<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: Ini merupakan langkah krusial dalam memaksimalkan efektivitas HEC. Disarankan untuk menggunakan metode dua tahap \u201cpencampuran kering + pencampuran basah\u201d: pertama, campurkan HEC secara menyeluruh dengan bahan-bahan kering seperti semen dan cenospheres untuk memastikan dispersi partikel polimer yang merata di seluruh fase padat; kemudian, tambahkan air campuran sambil diaduk dengan kecepatan tinggi, dan lanjutkan pengadukan hingga HEC terhidrasi sepenuhnya (biasanya membutuhkan waktu 10\u201315 menit).
