De hydroxyethylgroepen hydrateren en vormen waterstofbruggen met watermoleculen, waardoor de viscositeit behouden blijft, zelfs in pekels met een hoog Ca\u00b2\u207a of Mg\u00b2\u207a gehalte.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-size: 25px;\"><strong><b>Stabiele vermindering van vochtverlies<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>HEC vormt een stabiele collo\u00efdale dispersie die een dichte filterkoek vormt op de wand van de boorput, waardoor het binnendringen van filtraat wordt geminimaliseerd, zelfs bij hoge concentraties tweewaardige ionen.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-size: 25px;\"><strong><b>Thermische en pekelstabiliteit<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>HEC presteert betrouwbaar in putten met hoge temperaturen, waardoor het ideaal is voor diepe putten en HPHT-werkzaamheden.<\/p><p><strong>Technisch inzicht:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Omdat HEC geen ionische carboxylgroepen heeft, kunnen Ca\u00b2\u207a en Mg\u00b2\u207a niet neerslaan of het polymeernetwerk laten instorten.
