Bij het verspreiden is de weerstand minimaal, waardoor de inspanning van de arbeider vermindert.<\/p><p>Tijdens verticaal aanbrengen (zoals het pleisteren van muren) zal de mortel niet onder zijn eigen gewicht wegglijden of doorzakken, waardoor een consistente pleisterdikte behouden blijft (vooral geschikt voor dikke lagen van 20-30 mm) en er minder nivelleerwerk nodig is.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7a7a93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d7a7a93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Cellulose-ethers verlichten dit probleem op twee manieren:<\/p><p>Aan de ene kant, <a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/applications\/gypsum-based-plaster\/\">hun watervasthoudend effect zorgt ervoor dat het vocht in de mortel langzaam verdampt<\/a>en voorkomt ongelijkmatige krimp door snel waterverlies.<\/p><p>Aan de andere kant vormen de moleculaire ketens van cellulose-ethers een \"flexibel netwerk\" in de mortel, waardoor de krimpspanning wordt verdeeld en de kans op scheuren wordt verminderd. Ze zijn bijzonder geschikt voor pleisterwerk in droge omgevingen of op muren met grote overspanningen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1fc49f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b1fc49f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Blinde aanpassingen kunnen gemakkelijk leiden tot prestatieafwijkingen.<\/p><p>Type selecteren:<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hpmc-hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)<\/a> heeft de voorkeur.<\/p><p>HPMC is de meest gebruikte cellulose-ether in gipspleistermortels omdat het het volgende combineert<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hemc-hydroxyethyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> hoge waterretentie<\/a> met matige verdikkingseigenschappen. Het is ook goed verdraagzaam met gips en heeft geen invloed op de uitharding en verhardingssnelheid van het gips (sommige andere soorten cellulose-ether kunnen de uitharding vertragen).<\/p><p>Richtlijnen: Kies een HPMC met een viscositeit van 50.000-200.000 mPa-s (een lage viscositeit resulteert in onvoldoende waterretentie, terwijl een hoge viscositeit kan leiden tot een te dikke mortel en een slechte oppervlakteafwerking).<\/p><p>Extra dosering: 0,15%-0,3% is het optimale bereik.<\/p><p>Minimaal: Onder 0,15% resulteert in onvoldoende waterretentie, neiging tot uitholling en lage mortelsterkte.<\/p><p>Maximaal: Boven 0,3% zal resulteren in een te dikke mortel, waarbij gemakkelijk bellen ontstaan tijdens het mengen. Deze bellen zullen na uitharding barsten en kleine pori\u00ebn vormen, waardoor de gladheid en sterkte van het oppervlak worden aangetast. Te grote hoeveelheden cellulose-ether kunnen er ook voor zorgen dat de mortel er poederachtig uitziet na het drogen.<\/p><p>Aanpassingen voor speciale scenario's: Als de onderlaag sterk absorberend is (zoals poreuze bakstenen muren), kan de dosering worden verhoogd tot 0,3%-0,4% om de waterretentie te verbeteren. Houd rekening met de compatibiliteit van cellulose-ether met deze middelen:<\/p><p>Vermijd overmatig mengen met sterke vertragers, omdat dit kan leiden tot een langere uitharding van de mortel (meer dan 12 uur), wat het bouwschema kan be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p><p>Als er zetmeelether wordt toegevoegd (om water vast te houden), moet de dosis cellulose-ether voldoende worden verlaagd (bijvoorbeeld van 0,2% tot 0,15%) om te voorkomen dat er te veel water wordt vastgehouden, wat kan leiden tot trage droging en schimmelvorming in de mortel.<\/p><p>Meng- en opslagvereisten<\/p><p>Tijdens het mengen moet de cellulose-ether grondig worden gemengd met droog aggregaat (zoals kwartszand) voordat water wordt toegevoegd. Dit moet voorkomen dat de cellulose-ether direct in contact komt met het water, klonten vormt en de dispersie be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p><p>Tijdens opslag absorbeert cellulose-ether gemakkelijk vocht en klontert het. Het moet in een afgesloten, droge omgeving worden bewaard. Eventuele klonten moeten voor gebruik worden fijngemaakt en gezeefd.
