Hoewel cellulose-ether<\/a> wordt toegevoegd aan slechts 0,1%-0,5% (van het totale droge poeder) in de gipsmortel<\/a> formulering is het een belangrijk functioneel additief dat de \"verwerkbaarheid\" en \"prestaties\" van de mortel bepaalt. De belangrijkste rol kan in drie dimensies worden gezien: waterretentie, verwerkbaarheid en scheurvastheid. De specifieke toepassingslogica is als volgt<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Kernfunctie: De \"pijnpunten in de prestaties\" van gipspleistermortel aanpakken<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Het basismateriaal van gipspleistermortel (bouwgips) heeft de natuurlijke eigenschappen van een snelle uitharding en een slechte waterretentie. Zonder toevoeging van cellulose-ether is de mortel gevoelig voor snel waterverlies tijdens het bouwen, wat resulteert in problemen zoals \"te snel uitharden en moeilijk gelijkmatig te verdelen\" en \"slechte hechting aan de basislaag, met uitholling en uit elkaar vallen als gevolg\". Cellulose-ether pakt door zijn moleculaire structuur deze tekortkomingen precies aan:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Verbeterde verwerkbaarheid: Maakt mortel gemakkelijk aan te brengen en voorkomt uitzakken<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

De hydroxylgroepen op de moleculaire keten van cellulose-ether vormen waterstofbruggen met watermoleculen, waardoor vocht uit de mortel wordt verwijderd. \"Sluit vocht in en vertraagt het binnendringen ervan in de ondergrond (zoals betonnen en bakstenen muren).<\/p>

Praktische waarde: De open tijd van gewone gipsmortel tijdens de bouw is slechts ongeveer 30 minuten. Cellulose toevoegen<\/a> ether kan dit verlengen tot 60-90 minuten, wat voldoet aan de tijdvereisten voor \"mengen, transporteren en aanbrengen\" bij het pleisteren van grote oppervlakken. Bovendien zorgt voldoende vocht ervoor dat het gips volledig kan hydrateren (dihydraat gips vormen), waardoor onvoldoende hydratatie wordt voorkomen, wat kan leiden tot onvoldoende sterkte van de mortel en schuren van het oppervlak.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cellulose-ether verhoogt de viscositeit en de vloeigrens van mortel en zorgt voor een uitstekende verwerkbaarheid en thixotropie.<\/p>

Tijdens het aanbrengen hecht de mortel zich gemakkelijk aan de troffel en zal er minder snel afvallen. Bij het verspreiden is de weerstand minimaal, waardoor de inspanning van de arbeider vermindert.<\/p>

Tijdens verticaal aanbrengen (zoals het pleisteren van muren) zal de mortel niet onder zijn eigen gewicht wegglijden of doorzakken, waardoor een consistente pleisterdikte behouden blijft (vooral geschikt voor dikke lagen van 20-30 mm) en er minder nivelleerwerk nodig is.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Verbeterde weerstand tegen scheuren: Vermindert droogkrimpscheuren<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Gipsmortel krimpt in volume door waterverdamping tijdens het uitharden, waardoor het vatbaar is voor fijne scheurtjes. Cellulose-ethers verlichten dit probleem op twee manieren:<\/p>

Aan de ene kant, hun watervasthoudend effect zorgt ervoor dat het vocht in de mortel langzaam verdampt<\/a>en voorkomt ongelijkmatige krimp door snel waterverlies.<\/p>

Aan de andere kant vormen de moleculaire ketens van cellulose-ethers een \"flexibel netwerk\" in de mortel, waardoor de krimpspanning wordt verdeeld en de kans op scheuren wordt verminderd. Ze zijn bijzonder geschikt voor pleisterwerk in droge omgevingen of op muren met grote overspanningen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

II. Belangrijkste punten voor de toepassing: Aanvulling Bedrag en Type Selectie<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

De effectiviteit van cellulose-ethers vereist \"nauwkeurige selectie en geschikte toevoeging\". Blinde aanpassingen kunnen gemakkelijk leiden tot prestatieafwijkingen.<\/p>

Type selecteren: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)<\/a> heeft de voorkeur.<\/p>

HPMC is de meest gebruikte cellulose-ether in gipspleistermortels omdat het het volgende combineert hoge waterretentie<\/a> met matige verdikkingseigenschappen. Het is ook goed verdraagzaam met gips en heeft geen invloed op de uitharding en verhardingssnelheid van het gips (sommige andere soorten cellulose-ether kunnen de uitharding vertragen).<\/p>

Richtlijnen: Kies een HPMC met een viscositeit van 50.000-200.000 mPa-s (een lage viscositeit resulteert in onvoldoende waterretentie, terwijl een hoge viscositeit kan leiden tot een te dikke mortel en een slechte oppervlakteafwerking).<\/p>

Extra dosering: 0,15%-0,3% is het optimale bereik.<\/p>

Minimaal: Onder 0,15% resulteert in onvoldoende waterretentie, neiging tot uitholling en lage mortelsterkte.<\/p>

Maximaal: Boven 0,3% zal resulteren in een te dikke mortel, waarbij gemakkelijk bellen ontstaan tijdens het mengen. Deze bellen zullen na uitharding barsten en kleine pori\u00ebn vormen, waardoor de gladheid en sterkte van het oppervlak worden aangetast. Te grote hoeveelheden cellulose-ether kunnen er ook voor zorgen dat de mortel er poederachtig uitziet na het drogen.<\/p>

Aanpassingen voor speciale scenario's: Als de onderlaag sterk absorberend is (zoals poreuze bakstenen muren), kan de dosering worden verhoogd tot 0,3%-0,4% om de waterretentie te verbeteren. Voor pleisterwerk met een dunne laag (\u226410 mm) kan de dosering worden verlaagd tot 0,15%-0,2% om overmatige verdikking van de mortel te voorkomen die de gladheid be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

De insteltijd aanpassen<\/p><\/td>

1.0 – 3.0<\/p><\/td>

Vertragers op basis van eiwitten of citroenzuur worden vaak gebruikt. Het moet nauwkeurig worden aangepast aan de initi\u00eble uithardingstijd van gipspoeder en de omgevingstemperatuur.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Verbeterde hechting, cohesie<\/p><\/td>

Het verbetert de taaiheid, vermindert uitholling en scheurvorming en verbetert de herbruikbaarheid van gevallen mortel. De dosering wordt aangepast op basis van kosten en vereisten.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Voornamelijk gebruikt in mechanische spuitformules om te voorkomen dat mortel van de muur zakt en om het handgevoel te verbeteren.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Synergie met andere additieven<\/p>

Vertragers (zoals natriumcitraat) en watervasthoudende middelen (zoals zetmeelether) worden vaak gebruikt in gipsmortels. Houd rekening met de compatibiliteit van cellulose-ether met deze middelen:<\/p>

Vermijd overmatig mengen met sterke vertragers, omdat dit kan leiden tot een langere uitharding van de mortel (meer dan 12 uur), wat het bouwschema kan be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>

Als er zetmeelether wordt toegevoegd (om water vast te houden), moet de dosis cellulose-ether voldoende worden verlaagd (bijvoorbeeld van 0,2% tot 0,15%) om te voorkomen dat er te veel water wordt vastgehouden, wat kan leiden tot trage droging en schimmelvorming in de mortel.<\/p>

Meng- en opslagvereisten<\/p>

Tijdens het mengen moet de cellulose-ether grondig worden gemengd met droog aggregaat (zoals kwartszand) voordat water wordt toegevoegd. Dit moet voorkomen dat de cellulose-ether direct in contact komt met het water, klonten vormt en de dispersie be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>

Tijdens opslag absorbeert cellulose-ether gemakkelijk vocht en klontert het. Het moet in een afgesloten, droge omgeving worden bewaard. Eventuele klonten moeten voor gebruik worden fijngemaakt en gezeefd. Anders kan de cellulose-etherconcentratie in de mortel te hoog worden, wat kan leiden tot gebieden met een te hoge dichtheid en onvoldoende waterretentie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
