Ajustes cegos podem facilmente levar a desvios de desempenho.<\/p><p>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de tipo:<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hpmc-hydroxypropyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> Hidroxipropilmetilcelulose (HPMC)<\/a> \u00e9 prefer\u00edvel.<\/p><p>O HPMC \u00e9 o \u00e9ter de celulose mais comumente usado em argamassas de gesso porque combina<a href=\"https:\/\/tenessy.com\/products\/hemc-hydroxyethyl-methyl-cellulose\/\"> alta reten\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua<\/a> com propriedades espessantes moderadas. Ele tamb\u00e9m tem boa compatibilidade com o gesso e n\u00e3o afeta a velocidade de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o e endurecimento do gesso (alguns outros tipos de \u00e9ter de celulose podem retardar a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p><p>Diretrizes: Escolha um HPMC com viscosidade de 50.000 a 200.000 mPa-s (a baixa viscosidade resulta em reten\u00e7\u00e3o insuficiente de \u00e1gua, enquanto a alta viscosidade pode resultar em argamassa muito espessa e acabamento superficial ruim).<\/p><p>Dosagem adicional: 0,15%-0,3% \u00e9 a faixa ideal.<\/p><p>M\u00ednimo: Abaixo de 0,15% resultar\u00e1 em reten\u00e7\u00e3o insuficiente de \u00e1gua, propens\u00e3o \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cavidades e baixa resist\u00eancia da argamassa.<\/p><p>M\u00e1ximo: Acima de 0,3% resultar\u00e1 em uma argamassa excessivamente espessa, gerando facilmente bolhas durante a mistura. Essas bolhas se romper\u00e3o e formar\u00e3o pequenos poros ap\u00f3s o endurecimento, afetando a suavidade e a resist\u00eancia da superf\u00edcie. Quantidades excessivas de \u00e9ter de celulose tamb\u00e9m podem fazer com que a argamassa pare\u00e7a pulverulenta ap\u00f3s a secagem.<\/p><p>Ajustes para cen\u00e1rios especiais: se a camada de base for altamente absorvente (como paredes de tijolos porosos), a dosagem pode ser aumentada para 0,3%-0,4% para aumentar a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua.
