Al\u00e9m disso, a gera\u00e7\u00e3o significativa de poeira pode levar a concentra\u00e7\u00f5es excessivas de PM10 no ambiente de trabalho.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Vantagens do PCE em flocos nesse cen\u00e1rio<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: A fluidez e a uniformidade do tamanho das part\u00edculas dos produtos em flocos os tornam adequados para sistemas de dosagem de aditivos s\u00f3lidos. As usinas de concreto pronto podem dissolver os flocos em um tanque de pr\u00e9-mistura para produzir um aditivo l\u00edquido ou adicion\u00e1-los diretamente ao misturador. Devido ao alto teor ativo dos produtos em flocos (em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o l\u00edquido de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o 20%), os custos de transporte s\u00e3o reduzidos em aproximadamente 75%, tornando-os particularmente adequados para transporte de m\u00e9dia a longa dist\u00e2ncia e para centrais m\u00f3veis de concreto pronto n\u00e3o equipadas com tanques de armazenamento de l\u00edquidos.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: Para usinas da RMC j\u00e1 equipadas com uma porta de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para aditivos s\u00f3lidos, recomenda-se o uso de PCE em flocos.
