Como a constru\u00e7\u00e3o moderna exige maior efici\u00eancia e qualidade,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">Nem todos os tipos de HPMC s\u00e3o adequados para sistemas \u00e0 base de gesso. No entanto, esse processo apresenta uma contradi\u00e7\u00e3o inerente \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"1\"><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Contradi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida e a necessidade de \u00e1gua<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: A necessidade te\u00f3rica de \u00e1gua para a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o do gesso hemihidratado \u00e9 de apenas 18,6%; no entanto, na pr\u00e1tica, para se obter fluidez suficiente, o teor de \u00e1gua adicionada costuma atingir 60%\u201380%. Se o excesso de \u00e1gua n\u00e3o for efetivamente \u201cretido\u201d, ele escapar\u00e1 rapidamente devido \u00e0 absor\u00e7\u00e3o pelo substrato ou \u00e0 evapora\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, levando \u00e0 hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o incompleta e \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3 na superf\u00edcie.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Tempo de abertura curto<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">: A pasta de gesso puro endurece e solidifica com extrema rapidez (em quest\u00e3o de minutos at\u00e9 pouco mais de dez minutos), deixando um intervalo de tempo extremamente curto para espalhar, nivelar e dar acabamento.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Os espessantes comuns \u2014 como os amidos convencionais ou a celulose gen\u00e9rica \u2014 podem aumentar a viscosidade, mas n\u00e3o conseguem regular a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as mol\u00e9culas de \u00e1gua e os cristais de gesso.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">A introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do HPMC especializado visa justamente estabelecer um equil\u00edbrio nessa contradi\u00e7\u00e3o: reter \u00e1gua suficiente durante a fase de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e, ao mesmo tempo, garantir uma hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o completa e em tempo h\u00e1bil.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c8fd91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0c8fd91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Os grupos hidrof\u00edlicos nas cadeias moleculares do HPMC formam um <\/span><strong><span class=\"\">rede de liga\u00e7\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0com \u00e1gua, aumentando significativamente a viscosidade da fase l\u00edquida.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Na pasta de gesso, isso se manifesta da seguinte forma: quando o material \u00e0 base de gesso \u00e9 aplicado sobre uma parede de concreto celular absorvente ou sobre uma placa de gesso seca,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">A rede de filme polim\u00e9rico formada pela HPMC impede efetivamente a r\u00e1pida migra\u00e7\u00e3o das mol\u00e9culas de \u00e1gua em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao substrato<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">. Na realidade, o HPMC especializado exerce um\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"\">duplo efeito<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0sobre o sistema de gesso:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Espessamento f\u00edsico<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(efeito f\u00edsico): Ap\u00f3s a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o, a HPMC aumenta a viscosidade da pasta e reduz as taxas de difus\u00e3o i\u00f4nica, retardando assim a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o do gesso hemi-hidratado \u2014 apresentando uma tend\u00eancia retardadora.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos qu\u00edmicos<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0(efeito potencial): Pesquisas indicam que o HPMC especializado, ao estabilizar as estruturas dos aglomerados de \u00e1gua, proporciona mais pontos de nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o para a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do gesso di-hidratado.
