PCE, ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 su i\u00e7eri\u011finden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getirir: \u00e7imentoyu o kadar iyi da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r ki, ayn\u0131 miktarda suyla \u00e7ok daha ince bir hamur elde edilir. Hamur hacmi, kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n 35\u201340%\u2019si kadar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Su-toz oran\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n:<\/strong> Hacimce %0,35 ile ba\u015flay\u0131n (tipik aral\u0131k: %0,32\u2013%0,38). Birka\u00e7 pratik kural:<\/p><ul><li><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeden ba\u015flay\u0131n, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ad\u0131mlar at\u0131n:<\/strong> 0,15% de\u011ferinden ba\u015flay\u0131n. \u00c7\u00f6kme ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcn.
