Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Flake(PCE) is a novel, eco-friendly, and high-efficiency product developed by our company. Formulated primarily from modified polycarboxylate ether, it offers excellent water-reducing performance and enhances concrete workability.


Technical Principle
The main chain of high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules is adsorbed onto the surface of cement particles, effectively hindering hydration and enhancing fluidity retention. The side chains surrounding the cement particles provide both steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion. This mechanism is entirely different from that of traditional superplasticizers, giving high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizers superior dispersion and water-reducing effects.
Advantages and Feature
- High effective content of up to 97% or more and excellent water solubility. (It can completely soluble in water. If used for ready-mix or precast concrete, dissolve the PCE in water before use to obtain a solution with a solid content of 20% or 10%.)
- Good dispersibility, excellent adaptability to different types of cement, and high water-reducing performance.
- Excellent slump retention, enhance cohesion, and prevent segregation in concrete.

Product Classification

Slump-Retaining Type Superplasticizer
Lower water reduction rate and smaller initial fluidity, with gradual release of water reduction over time to minimize or eliminate fluidity loss.

Usage and Precautions
(1) Recommended dosage is 0.1%–0.5% by weight of cementitious materials. The actual dosage should be determined through mix design testing.
(2) Testing must be conducted before use.
(3) This product is prohibited from being mixed with naphthalene sulfonates.
(4) When used with other additives, compatibility tests must be performed.
